Aroma: specific, spicy- fruity green scent

Juniper is a coniferous plant, ranging in size from small shrubs to tall trees with needle-like leaves. The fruit grows seed cones with fleshy and fruit-like “berries” that are mostly blue but can be also red-brown or orange. The berries are very aromatic and they are typically used as a spice, in perfume industry and as flavoring in gin.
